           SAUDI OGER LTD.

           From : 2000 To 2007

Duty and Responsibility:-

 

  • Extensive experience in preparing accommodation facilities for workers/staff from different nationalities.
  • Extensive experience in operation & maintenance of large Scale Camps.
  • Strong Management, Organizational and interpersonal skills. 
  • In-charge to all transport / vehicles arrangements/ scheduling, filling system and report & Maintain Catering Service.
  • Responsible for monitoring, Inspection to all subcontractors’ camps and client.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the camp, creating and available 24- hours’ on-call.
  • Responsible for monitoring food preparation, security, @ safety regulations, cleanliness and maintenance of camp. 
  • Responsible for all services, operations for the base camp. Oversees employment issues relating to all expatriates and local nationals assigned to the camp. Attends meetings with the Admin Manager in order to monitor all aspects of the project.

  • Ensure everything is ready for service including personnel, equipment and signage.
  • Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in all catering storage rooms and other catering areas.
  • Control all labor schedules in accordance with budgeted costs.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of current food and catering trends.
  • Records lost and found items as per approved procedures. 
  • Maintenance performance report and submit to camp manager.
  • Always having an open and positive attitude.
  • Room inventory as per company procedure. 
  • Follow company rules in camp to maintain peaceful atmosphere.
  • Call room service and follow complaints for existing work request and arrange required staff to fulfill the requirements.
  • Controlled Housekeeping supplies – Like Bed, matters, pillow, blanket, etc,.
  • Follow daily complaints of camp resident for necessary maintenance
  • Follow up with Fire & Safety on fire Alert areas, Panels Boards.
  •  Prepare recreation budget yearly as per company procedure.

Duties and responsibilities

Staffing Coordinator:

  • Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategy
  • Investigate company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
  • Work with recruiting agencies when needed.
  • Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
  • Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
  • Assist in new employee onboarding
  • Evaluate new staff
  • Assist with new employee orientation 
  • Design and plan work shifts schedules
  • Provide assistance with payroll procedures and activities 
  • Identify staffing and recruiting KPIs
  • Prepare and present KPI reports
  •  Coordination of all camp activities and operations for 5 Camps
  • Periodic room inspections and closeout of violations and reports
  • Tracking of employee movement inside and outside the camp.
  • Coordinating maintenances in all camps and allocating works to the maintenance team in all camp and keep them engaged. Ensuring proper maintenance register in all camps to address the complaints regarding plumbing, electrical, carpenter and AC works

  • Review all reported defects anticipate for preventive maintenance and periodical
  • Servicing all A/C and DG in both zone.
  • Ensuring proper filling of sanitizers, hand wash, dish wash in all areas of the facility in coordination with cleaning supervisor.
  • Be the part of check in and check out process and daily camp administration.
  • Ensure proper cleaning of all areas of the designated zone in coordinating with cleaning supervisor.
  • Ensure proper stock of maintenance.
  • Maintain key control for all areas,
  • Coordinating with procurement for stocking the enough materials.
  • Coordinate with new employee receiving procedure.
  • Check-in process of new employees and sharing general information indication to them related camp rules and regulation for available facilities.
  • Attend meeting and submit reports.

 

Education

Bsc.                                                        :                                 Bachelor in Science.
