Key Responsibilities:

Government Sector Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the government sector, aligned with overall company objectives.

Market Research:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential government clients, understand their needs, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.


Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within government agencies.

Proposal Development:
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase our products/services as solutions that address government challenges.

Government Procurement:
Understand government procurement processes, tendering requirements, and bidding procedures to ensure successful participation in government projects.

Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with government officials and stay informed about upcoming opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and collaborate with potential partners and subcontractors to enhance our offerings and competitiveness.

Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals while ensuring they are in line with company profitability goals.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, providing regular reports to senior management.


Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
