- Identify and procure fly ash and pond ash from government and private thermal power plants across multiple regions.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of thermal power plants, including production capacity, ash generation data, and key contacts.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with power plant authorities to secure favorable sourcing agreements.
- Participate in and manage the tendering, e-auctions, and direct negotiation processes for ash procurement.
- Monitor tender timelines, submission requirements, and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with internal logistics, operations, and legal teams for contract execution and delivery planning.
- Track and optimize ash procurement cost, volume, and supply reliability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and track competitors' movements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and contractual compliance in all procurement activities.
- Maintain reports on procurement metrics, cost analysis, vendor performance, and supply chain health.
