    The products designed by CAREDATA are well-positioned to process a wide range of samples, from over 20,000 samples per day (in bigger laboratories) to less than 50 samples per day (in smaller laboratories).

    CAREDATAs innovative cloud-based IT products are the result of the teams rich experience of over 2 decades in IT and specifically in the healthcare IT domain. The products not only address the laboratories current needs and pain areas, but also offer unmatched power and flexibility of cloud computing, and scalability for multi-center and multi-device operations and real-time control and monitoring of lab as well as hospital devices from a remote center1. Accounting & processing of expenses (including salary) after due verification and approval in Oracle (EBS).Overview: As a Product Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our healthcare information technology solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and ongoing optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, understanding market trends, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products will be key components of your role.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Planning:

    Identify healthcare IT trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

    Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and industry requirements.

    2. Product Development:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to translate product vision into actionable development plans.

    Define and prioritize product features based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business priorities.

    Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

    3. Roadmap Management:

    Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.

    Regularly communicate the product roadmap to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

    4. User Experience and Design:

    Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

    Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that product features meet the needs of healthcare professionals and end-users.

    5. Market Positioning and Go-to-Market Strategy:

    Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases.

    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging and positioning for the healthcare IT products.

    6. Customer Engagement:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback and understand evolving needs.

    Use customer insights to drive product enhancements and improvements.

    7. Regulatory Compliance:

    Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the product adheres to industry standards like CAP, NABL ,NABH, Adhics, 21 CfR, ICD, SNOMED exposure

    Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance-related issues.

    8. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

    Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.

    Analyze data, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    Proven experience as a Product Manager/ asscociate in healthcare IT or related industry.

    Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and industry trends.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Demonstrated experience in product development, from concept to launch.

    Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

    Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
