- Design, deploy, and configure CyberArk components, including the Privileged Access Security (PAS) Suite, Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and others.
- Customize and integrate CyberArk solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to security best practices.
- Develop and maintain scripts, connectors, and automation workflows to enhance CyberArk capabilities and streamline privileged access management processes.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, and design comprehensive security solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and new CyberArk features, incorporating relevant advancements into our cybersecurity strategy and solution offerings.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of CyberArk implementations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in incident response activities, investigating security incidents related to privileged access and implementing remediation measures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members, providing status updates, reports, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our cybersecurity practices, processes, and methodologies, driving innovation and excellence across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Sentry preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in implementing and supporting CyberArk solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in CyberArk components such as EPV, CPM, PSM, AIM, PVWA, and PACLI.
- Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet) for CyberArk integration and customization.
- Solid knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) technologies, including LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and their application in CyberArk implementations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients at various levels of the organization.
