To maintain a list of clients and meet with them on a regular basis.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Responsible for site visit to meet the prospective customer and presenting them product catalogue to understand the product offering & minutely analyse the requirements of the client.
To maintain a real time list of enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and order deliveries.
To visit sites and factory from time to time to ensure quality control, client relations,
timely follow - ups and payment realisations.
To always ensure quality product and installation quality.
To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
Promote and sell products/services using solid interaction to existing and prospective customers
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
