    Job Brief:

    We are looking for a candidate for the leadership role in sales department to lead the sales team on Pan India basis. National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy and responsible for driving sales. And ensure that the company's sales strategies are aligned with the objectives and vision of the organization. He will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of a team of Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Managers.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • To act as a profit center by achieving business targets.
    • Responsible to grow Ethnic Wear business by effectively managing Customer relationships.
    • Setting up and meeting Sales targets, on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
    • To lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers & Sales Executives across India.
    • Keep track of market trends, competitors, business cycles and new projects in the region as well as business development through effective networking.
    • Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
    • Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting Sales & Customer Service Management
    • To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans
    • Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
    • Re-enforce and maintain relationship with existing top MBO counters in order to solicit repeat business.
    • To work closely with top management in devising the strategy for effective business
    • Develop pricing strategies, manage sales forecasting and budgeting, identify cost-saving measures
    • Analyze data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

    1. Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve primary sales targets and increase revenue.
    2. Sales Team Management: Develop and motivate sales team to achieve their targets, monitor their performance and provide regular feedback, mentoring and coaching.
    3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitor activities to make informed sales and marketing decisions.
    4. Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Forecast sales and monitor performance against targets, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    5. Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key customers and manage their needs, expectations and feedback.
    6. Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
    7. Market Share: Increase the company's market share by implementing effective sales strategies.

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • Rich experience in Sales & Team Handling at National Level
    • 15 years relevant experience in Menswear Industry
    • Must have handled a team of min 15-20 people or above.
    • Must have worked or experience of sales in different states.
    • Excellent negotiation, networking and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
