- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver tailored Supply Chain solutions.
- New Client Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Promote and sell warehousing and distribution 3PL solutions to prospective clients.
- Market Monitoring and Business Development:
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
- Develop a robust business development function to track potential customers.
- Conduct effective competitor mapping to increase market share.
- Monthly Reporting and Planning:
- Follow the laid down CRM process
- Conduct monthly reviews and updates to the Sales Head.
- Plan and review sales strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Operational Excellence:
- Participate in overall 3PL Services with a focus on improving fulfilment and operational excellence.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly within the 3PL industry.
- In-depth understanding of customer requirements and solution customization.
