    Description

    Position: Regional Sales Manager - 3PL

    Locations: |Delhi|

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with 5+ years extensive experience in the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) industry. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of understanding customer requirements and providing customized solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business plans related to Sales, Revenue, Customer Retention, Service Quality, Value Creation, Business Development, and Profitability for the assigned region within the 3PL business verticals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region.
    • Achieve AOP targets of revenue and profitability.
    • Control expenses and prepare an annual budget.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver tailored Supply Chain solutions.
    1. New Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and acquire new clients.
    • Promote and sell warehousing and distribution 3PL solutions to prospective clients.
    1. Market Monitoring and Business Development:
    • Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
    • Develop a robust business development function to track potential customers.
    • Conduct effective competitor mapping to increase market share.
    1. Monthly Reporting and Planning:
    • Follow the laid down CRM process
    • Conduct monthly reviews and updates to the Sales Head.
    • Plan and review sales strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    1. Operational Excellence:
    • Participate in overall 3PL Services with a focus on improving fulfilment and operational excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in sales, particularly within the 3PL industry.
    • In-depth understanding of customer requirements and solution customization.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
