What will you do?

Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to develop creative strategies that align with a primary focus on driving Brand Search Lift, Conversions, and Revenue.

Lead ideation to execution of innovative campaign concepts that resonate with our target audiences and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.

Translate marketing objectives into actionable creative briefs that inspire the creative team and guide the development of compelling advertising assets across various channels (e.g., digital ads, landing pages, social media content, email campaigns).Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform creative decisions and campaign optimization strategies.

Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to bring campaign concepts to life, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of performance marketing channels including PPC, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, to optimize creative executions for maximum impact.

Collaborate with the analytics team to define key performance metrics and KPIs for creative initiatives, and track campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Present creative concepts, campaign strategies, and performance insights in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating the impact on business outcomes.

Skills Required:

Proven experience:
in a creative role with a track record of developing successful campaigns that drive measurable results

Understanding of design principles:
Visual hierarchy, Color theory etc.

Familiarity with video storytellingUnderstanding of User Psychology:
Knowledge of persuasion techniques and the psychology behind user action and decision-making

Analytical Mindset:
Proven ability to interpret data, uncover trends, and translate insights into actionable creative strategies. Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative solutions that deliver against performance metrics and ROI targets.


Creative mindset:
with a passion for storytelling and visual communication, coupled with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and psychology

Excellent communication:

and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to internal teams and clients.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
