    Mandatory SkillsOverall, - 8 years of experienced, SAP Security Specialist with expertise in implementing and managing SAP security solutions specifically tailored for the Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments.

    Design, implement, and maintain SAP security solutions for SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, Fiori, GRC, IDM, IAG, IAS, IPS and BTP landscapes.

    Develop and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations based on business requirements and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP Basis administrators, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of security controls within SAP applications and processes.

    Conduct user training and awareness programs to promote security best practices and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

    Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in SAP security and proactively assess their applicability to enhance the security posture of IAS, IPS, and BTP environments.

    Provide guidance and support to internal audit teams and external auditors during SAP security assessments and compliance audits.
    Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party security tools and technologies to augment SAP security capabilities as needed.

    Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on SAP security matters and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as required.

    Perform risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies to enhance the overall security posture of SAP systems.

    Monitor SAP security logs, user activities, and system configurations to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.

    Expertise in IAM tool in SAP authorization environment will have added advantage.
    SAP Security certifications will have added advantage.

    Flexible to adapt with the Project schedules and demands.
    German Language skills can be an added advantage.

    Qualifications

    BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
