    Description

    Responsibilities :

    Software Development :

    • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze requirements and deliver highquality software solutions.

    Coding and Debugging:

    • Write welldesigned, testable, and efficient code.
    • Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues in a timely manner.

    Technical Leadership:

    • Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and share insights with the team.

    System Architecture:

    • Contribute to the architectural design of software systems to meet business requirements.
    • Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.

    Code Review :

    • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.

    Collaboration :

    • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
    • Collaborate with other development teams to integrate software components seamlessly.

    Testing and Quality Assurance :

    • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of software.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement test strategies.

    Documentation :

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for design, implementation, and testing activities.

    Requirements :

    Education :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    Experience :

    • 5 to 8 years of handson experience in Java development.
    • Proven track record of delivering highquality software solutions.

    Technical Skills :

    • Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
    • Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Javabased frameworks.
    • Familiarity with web services (RESTful, SOAP) and microservices architecture.

    Database Knowledge :

    • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

    Version Control :

    • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

    Tools and Build Automation :

    • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
    • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

    Soft Skills :

    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

    Adaptability :

    • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
    • Comfortable working in an agile development environment.
