JOB PURPOSE :
Reporting to the Head of EUC Operations, you will be be responsible for configure & managing NeXthink & EUC tools environment at Alstom.
Windows 10 Operating system, Finder, Collector, ACT & Engage Modules
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Define and configure matrix in Finder, configure – software metering / service module / basic moduleDraft and finalize on design working with Operating System, Active Directory, GPO, Applications teamShould be good in troubleshooting and drill down to identify issues using FinderGood logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues problems on Windows operating systemsIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with particular emphasis on Windows 10 and Windows 7Good understanding of CentoOS, MS Server OSGood knowledge of MFT & BitLocker, design and troubleshoot issuesMonitor the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve ticketsKnowledge on Windows servicing & Windows as a service, Cloud-based endpoint management workloadsCreate Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation and Report creation for multiple workplace servicesWork closely with Service Desk and Onsite support teams to identify recurrent issuesWork closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutionsMaintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activitiesKnowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service including Executive level end users whenever requiredFlexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations at all timesDevelop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologiesExcellent Communication skills; both oral and writtenHave efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
PROFILE :
To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technology, should have at least 4-7 years experience in IT with majority of it in NeXthink Design, Support and troubleshooting.
Should have good communication and vendor management skills to intereact with business across the globe.
Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new AlstomExperience in ITIL processes and frameworkAbility to collaborate, influence and motivate cross-functional teamsTeam playerAbility and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing prioritiesDemonstrated competency collaborative work with strong abilities in relationship management.
