    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Promote and selltravel packages including flights accommodations andactivities.
    • Assist customers in selecting andbooking suitable travel options based on their preferences andbudget.
    • Provide excellent customer service byaddressing inquiries resolving issues and offering guidancethroughout the sales process.
    • Build andmaintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat businessand referrals.
    • Stay updated on travel trendsdestinations and industry developments to provide accurate andrelevant information to customers.
    • Negotiatewith travel suppliers to secure the best rates and exclusive dealsfor customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketingteam to develop promotional strategies and salesmaterials.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets byproactively seeking new business opportunities and maximizingrevenue.
    • Ensure compliance with travelregulations terms and conditions and maintain accurate salesrecords.
    • Participate in travel and trade showsnetworking events and promotional activities to expand the customerbase.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHospitality Tourism Business or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in sales preferablywithin the travel or hospitalityindustry.
    • Demonstrated understanding of travelbooking systems such as Amadeus orSabre.
    • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diversecustomers.
    • Strong negotiation abilities and aresultsdriven approach to sales.
    • Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail to manage complextravelarrangements.
