Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Perform Salesforce Lightning (LWC) component testing and UI validation.
• Develop automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Conduct API and integration testing for Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Validate AppExchange package functionality under the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) model.
• Manage and maintain Scratch Orgs and Sandbox environments.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams for release planning.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
• Perform regression, system, and end-to-end testing across environments.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and AppExchange review guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
• Experience working with ISV model and managed packages for AppExchange.
• Hands-on experience in Playwright Automation with TypeScript.
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC) testing.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Integration & API Testing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Proficiency in Scratch Orgs & Sandbox Management.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git).

Good to Have

• Experience in AppExchange security review process.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform App Builder).
