    Essential

    • Knowledge of engineering workflows and basic understanding of Engineering deliverables ( P&IDs, Isometrics, SLDs, etc)
    • Preparation of engineering & procurement baseline Schedule with resource loading in P6 software
    • Schedule updating and performing schedule critical path analysis for preparing a comprehensive project progress report
    • Periodically Issue lookahead schedule and 'Schedule Alert' to team towards ensuring schedule compliance
    • Active participation in internal meetings and client connects, critical review of all issues for possible resolutions
    • Adherence to specified project controls procedures and guidelines
    • Leading the project control effort from bid receipt to project close out
    • Understating Earned Value Management and KPI metrices like SPI / CPI
    • Understanding of knowhow for conducting Schedule Risk analysis and change control
    • Coordinate and Liaison with all project Interfaces and stakeholders
    • Responsible for quality and timeliness of all project controls deliverables for an assigned project
    • Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives as well as team goals
    Desired

    • PMP Certified
    • Knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel
