Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end logistics for creative marketing events, including supersessions and workshops.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  
• Assist in developing event content, agendas, and marketing materials.
  
• Managing marketing leads coming from creative marketing sources.
  
• Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to marketing campaigns.
  
• Assist in content creation, social media management, and other marketing activities as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  
• Proficiency in Gsuite and familiarity with project management tools.
  
• Creative mindset and a passion for marketing and events.
  
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  
• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or graphic design is a plus.
