    Role Summary:

    The Learning Practice Lead will champion the adoption of the learning framework, driving a cultural shift towards integrated learning experiences. This role will not only cultivate Communities of Practice (CoPs) but also facilitate a variety of learning initiatives such as hackathons, job shadowing programs, knowledge sharing sessions, and mentoring relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Comprehensive Learning Strategy: Develop and implement a learning strategy that incorporates experiential, social, and formal learning in line with the framework.
    • Experiential Learning (70%): Organize hackathons, "Live My Job" exchanges, and project-based learning opportunities to promote hands-on experience.
    • Social Learning (20%): Facilitate mentoring programs, peer coaching, and knowledge sharing workshops to encourage learning from others.
    • Community Building: Create and sustain CoPs, identifying and leveraging internal expertise.
    • Leadership and Collaboration: Establish leadership roles within learning initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Engagement and Motivation: Implement strategies to drive active participation across all learning platforms and initiatives.
    • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor participation and effectiveness of learning programs, providing regular reports on their impact.
    • Global Alignment: Ensure that all learning initiatives support local, regional, and global learning needs.
    • Measurement and Improvement: Set KPIs to assess learning impact and use feedback for continuous improvement.
