Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to oversee all sales and operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of business operations, excellent leadership capabilities and a strong desire to meet or exceed company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate branch operations on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure sales goals are met and report any deviation.
Manage and support the sales team.
Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyze the current market trends for changes that impact business.
Handle customer complaints and resolve problems as necessary.
