Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to oversee all sales and operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of business operations, excellent leadership capabilities and a strong desire to meet or exceed company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate branch operations on a day-to-day basis.

Ensure sales goals are met and report any deviation.

Manage and support the sales team.

Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.

Monitor and analyze the current market trends for changes that impact business.

Handle customer complaints and resolve problems as necessary.

Ensure branch adherence to legal and company policies.

Leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.

Proven track record in sales and operations.

Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.

Extensive knowledge of marketplace changes, current sales trends, and competitor status.

Strong skills in customer service, and experience in conflict resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.
