- Engage in and lead development efforts across the full SDLC from design and coding through to test, build, QA, deployment, and maintenance of mission critical ESIS Systems
- Analyze, build, and maintain complex, large-scale, highly performant applications capable of integrating with multiple internal and external systems.
- Lead, Develop and Deploy projects and support efforts in ESIS Financial, CAS applications and other area, involving multiple projects at once, ensuring developers and engineers adhere to desired state by adopting best practices and principles.
- Hands on development of software coding and troubleshoot the issues proactively.
- Understand the current data models, develop APIs and integrations, without compromising the performance of the applications.
- Collaborate with other offshore team members of software developers and engineers to build quality software solutions aligned to architecture guidelines by adopting the best practices and principles.
- Perform Code Review, Code Analysis, Unit testing and analyze performance of critical applications in ESIS.
- Create and Maintain DevOps CICD pipelines, improve deployment strategy by automating the same.
- Analyze and participate in the modernization efforts of existing ESIS System, by providing valuable feedback obtained though analysis and evaluating the industry standards.
- Demonstrate as a hands-on coding leader and influence other team members to achieve the desired results on time.
- Monitor, report, analyze and propose solutions for production issues including performance issues of ESIS Applications
- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
- At least 6 years of overall Software Development experience is required.
- Insurance industry software development background preferred; Experience in Commercial lines Insurance platform/system preferred.
- 5 years of experience in developing complex and secured solutions using Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS/Reporting technologies are required.
- Hands on experience in developing SQL Reports, troubleshooting Database issues, Performance turning of SQL queries are required.
- The candidate must have the ability to independently understand the existing SSIS/ETL Packages and make changes when needed.
- Must be very good in TSQL, Stored Procedures, Function and Packages.
- Hands-on experience in developing software applications using Angular, Microsoft Azure, AKS, Web APIs and APIMs, & SQL Server is an advantage.
- Strong technical analytical skill is required.
- Experience with GitHub based development and DevOps pipelines are required.
