Job Description:

• Coordination with internal team & stakeholder from different departments
• Coordination & Alignment with client and its stakeholders preparing Daily MIS Reports for projects.
• Validating & maintaining hygiene in the data.
• Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing projects and submit summary reports to
• client/Management each month.
• Crisis management plans that will be executed in the event of a problem with the interior or
• exterior stakeholder
• Coordinate daily schedules
• Assist planning and coordination of a program and its activities
• Ensure via Co-coordinating & Monitoring implementation of project practice
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
• Support growth and program development
• Manage staff work assignments, workloads, and work schedules
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Create Reporting Templates/Formats for sharing Summary report as per the client
• requirement.
• Develop dashboards for internal and external team
• Ensuring execution is on time completion of projects and delivery

Candidate Skills Requirement:

1. Good Communication both verbal and written along with Advance excel.

2. Strong Interpersonal skills & able to handle obligations at all the project levels and stakeholders

3. Sound verbal and written communication skills

4. Analytical/ Statistical approach

5. Out of the box thinking / Ability to think in different/innovative way

6.Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office (Should be able to deliver reports in PPT format

7.Critical thinker and problem-solving skill

8.Sense taking in ownership

9.Basis statistical or mathematical skills

Note: Advance Excel experience is Mandatory
