    Previous exp as training manager or Learning partner.

    Experience is L&D from scratch.

    Bachelors degree, preferably in technology with exposure to instructional design will be added advantage; Masters degree and/or technical degree (e.g. CSE) a strong plus

    Minimum of 5 years experience in a training, learning or organizational development role at a global technology company and focused on building innovative bootcamps, learning path and programs for developing technical skills for engineering and IT talent

    Outstanding verbal and written communications, planning, organizing, attention to detail, and program management skills
