Job summary

Lead the end-to-end design of our web and mobile experiences. Your mission is to craft user journeys, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that directly drive conversions, reduce churn, and increase customer retention. You will be the expert in designing flows that maximise customer value through effective upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Design for Conversion: Create and optimise UI/UX flows specifically to achieve maximum conversion rates and seamless user experiences.
• Drive Retention & Reduce Churn: Set and achieve targets to reduce churn rate by at least 5% and increase retention rate by 20% on a quarter-over-quarter basis.
• Facilitate Upselling & Cross-selling: Develop intuitive and compelling designs that guide users to discover and purchase additional services and products.
• Conduct Data-Driven Research: Use analytics and user feedback to inform and iterate on designs, ensuring every decision is backed by insights.
• Report on A/B Testing: Create clear, insightful reports for A/B testing that distinctly showcase the impact on conversion rates and other key metrics.
• Expert Prototyping: Build high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate on Faster Checkouts: Work with product and engineering teams to design a checkout process that is as quick and frictionless as possible.
