We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on HSE practices and emergency response procedures.
• Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance metrics and preparing reports for management review.
• Investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements in India.
• Proficient in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in promoting a safe working environment.
• Experience with HSE management systems and software tools.
