Roleand Responsibilities:TheSenior Solution Consultant will be responsiblefor:

1. Architect and conceptualize thesolution from initiation to completion meeting clientrequirements
2. Understand full tech architectureof the virtual assistants suggest improvements / changes as andwhen required. Lead Plan & Gather Business Requirements forthe required solution.
3. Mentor other solutionconsultants in the team on process people and technology aspects asnecessary
4. Take personal responsibility for E2Edelivery of the requirements collaborating closely with businessand technical team members (Architects Product/Engineering TeamData Engineers Analytics Developers Testers PM/Scrum Masters andCustomer to deliver a solution that meets/exceeds partnerexpectations
5. Work with customer and theirintegration partners to ensure the product is wellintegrated
6. Develop flowcharts layouts anddocumentation to identify requirements andsolutions
7. Ensure clients change requests areaddressed effectively in a timelymanner
8. Provide resolutions to tech supportissues within the defined SLAs
9. Identify issuesby looking at debug logs from various internal and externalsources

Requirements:Theideal candidate should have:

1. 610years of experience
2. Wellversed with the workingof API Testing tools like Postman SOAP UIetc.
3. Good presentation and documentation skillshandson knowledge on report making
4. Thoroughknowledge of REST/SOAP/OData APIs
5. Coding /scripting experience with NodeJs / similarframework
6. Experience with databases (preferablyNoSQL databases such as MongoDB)
7. Experienceusing spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets / Exceletc.
8. Team mentoringexperience

Goodto have

1. Experienceintegrating with 3rd party APIs for product development is aplus
2. Knowledge/Experience in building Chatbotsusing publicly available bot platforms like Dialogflow MicrosoftBot Framework etc
3. Knowledge of fundamentals ofNatural Language processing is aplus
4. Experience with data analysis techniquesand data analysis software such as Power BI Tableau Grafanaetc
