- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of HR Recruitment laws and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in a Manufacturing or Agricultural industry is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll functions and regulations is a plus

Role Description
