    About the role:

    The Client Success Operations associate focuses on a specific set of strategic and tactical activities in support of Client Success Partners globally.

    This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal execution of Sponsorship package deliverables.

    What you will do:

  • Work in collaboration with the Client Success Partner team to complete daily tasks supporting the delivery of sponsorship package components: logo, registration, product literature, Session C&R, booth selection, calls scheduling, etc.
  • Responsible for proofing Exhibitor Portals across all conferences to ensure it meets established quality standards.
  • Maintenance of clients' communication templates and reports within Event Management Platform (Rainfocus).
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider conference business: Exhibitor operations, logistics, content, program management and marketing teams.
  • Understand the exhibit products and workflow maintaining standard operating procedures with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support with reporting capabilities (Activity Tracker) including standard operating procedures (SOP), so the Client Success Team can cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent pro-active client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • What you will need:

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Process Oriented generating consistent delivery across conferences and regions
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to receive, interpret and react to partner requests in a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, G-suite and Event Management Tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel based on requirement.
