Provides Health and wellbeing advice and management to the operational business, health safety and wellbeing (HSW) teams and HR peers.

Responsible for supporting key workstreams within the Group health and wellbeing delivery plan.

Responsible for the management of tactical BAU activity, projects and programmes that support the H and W strategy and enable the businesses to perform locally.

You'll be responsible for:

• Contributes to the development and drive of the implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards.
• Supports the execution of group-wide delivery plans.
• Provides support and guidance to the operational business to enable local delivery.
• Responsible for day to day running of tactical BAU programmes/initiatives, ensuring quality of outputs in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with the HR and health safety and wellbeing (HSW) functions to enable them to support their clients across all groups and geographies.
• Supports management of relationships and performance of suppliers ensuring contractual arrangements are delivered to quality, time, and budget.
• Analyses and provides reporting on data outputs from surveys, audits, key performance indicators (KPI's) and other data sources and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
• Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages stakeholders.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in industrial safety.
• Certification in NEBOSH and IOSH.
• Experience of any project of a similar nature from start to handover.
