    Overview:

    The role of abench sales recruiter in our mock team is crucial for the successof our organization. As a bench sales recruiter you will beresponsible for identifying and recruiting IT professionals who areon the bench.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Utilize varioussourcing channels to identify potential candidates on thebench.
    • Negotiate with candidates on billingrates terms and conditions.
    • Build and maintainstrong relationships with consultants on thebench.
    • Collaborate with the sales team tounderstand client requirements.
    • Presentsuitable candidates to clients for projectopportunities.
    • Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess including prescreening interviewing andonboarding.
    • Ensure the timely submission ofqualified candidates to meet clientneeds.
    • Track and manage candidate submissionsand interviews.
    • Conduct regular followups withconsultants to maintain an activebench.
    • Provide feedback to candidates andassist in their career progression.
    • Collaboratewith the account management team to maintain clientrelationships.
    • Ensure compliance with allrelevant laws andregulations.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inhuman resources business or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in bench salesrecruitment within the IT industry.
    • Strongunderstanding of the H1B C2C W2 and 1099 Visatypes.
    • Excellent negotiation and influencingskills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiplepriorities and deadlines.
    • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
    • Experience with applicant trackingsystems and CRM tools.
    • Knowledge of immigrationprocesses and compliance regulations.
    • Proventrack record in achieving recruitmenttargets.
    • ability to thrive in a fastpacedtargetdriven environment.
    • Strong attention todetail and organizational skills.
    • Ability towork independently and as part of ateam.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications.
