- Designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions.
- Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for in-sprint and regression testing.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
- Communicate with internal teams ( developers, business systems analyst and product manager) to identify testing requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience as a quality assurance engineer – translate business requirements/user stories into test scenarios, develop test scripts including automation suites.
- Established background in an Agile environment with a proven understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Candidate should work as SDET (Software Development Engineer in TEST)
- Hands-on experience on In-sprint automation
- Strong hands-on experience working in test automation with expertise in Test automation tools , WebdriverIO, Selenium, TestNG, RestAssured
- Experience in building and enhancing test automation for Angular, APIs, SOAP services and microservices.
- Hands-on experience of automating webservices using Python
- Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries against Relational Databases , Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Familiarity Version control systems (GIT) experience
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, OCI).
