Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

· Spearhead the establishment of the COE Testing framework, defining processes, methodologies, and best practices.

· Work closely with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and tailor COE processes accordingly.

· Lead and manage the Testing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success.

· Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the testing team.

· Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project requirements and objectives.

· Manage and prioritize test execution across various stages (unit, integration, system, acceptance).

2. Test Strategy and Planning:

· Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Collaborate with project managers, Game producers, Game Artists and development teams to create detailed test plans.

3. Resource Planning and Allocation:

· Efficiently allocate testing resources based on project priorities and timelines.

· Conduct capacity planning and manage resource allocation to optimize team performance.

4. Quality Assurance Processes:

· Define and enhance quality assurance processes within the gaming vertical to ensure the highest level of software quality.

· Integrate processes with overall project and release management processes.

· Capable in calculating and reporting of testing effectiveness in terms of speed and quality through different test matrices.

5. Continuous Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance testing efficiency.

· Implement measures to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the COE testing processes.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing requirements.

· Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project teams and management.

· Ability to showcase effectiveness of testing team to the Management group.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Gaming/Gambling e.g slot/table games domain with good knowledge of pre-compliance standards for different jurisdictions across the globe.
• Proven leadership experience in managing testing teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in a team lead/manager role.
• In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with automation testing and tools (e.g., Selenium, Java).
• Knowledge of Test management tools and bug reporting tools(e.g. Jira, Test rail, Bugzilla, Test Link etc.)
• Understanding of console logs and debugging tools e.g. Chrome Devtools and VS Code.
• Understanding of API testing using POSTMAN.
• Experience with FTPs(e.g. Filezilla) and Github/Bitbucket.
