    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on the leisure segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the luxury hotel industry, specifically targeting the upscale segment. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and showcase the exceptional offerings of Clarks Hotels & Resorts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the leisure segment.
    • Identify and target key accounts, including luxury travel agencies, tour operators, and high-net-worth individuals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong network of contacts within the leisure segment, including luxury travel agencies and tour operators.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
