Screening and Interviewing: Oversee the screening of candidates by agencies, schedule interviews,
conduct background checks, and ensure they meet our criteria.
Database Management: Maintain a database of job consulting agencies, track their performance, and
analyze their ability to fulfill our requirements.
Efficient Recruitment: Coordinate with agencies to fulfill our talent acquisition needs within
determined cost and quality standards.
Communication: Build and maintain business relations with agencies, ensuring timely and effective
service delivery.
Volume Hiring: Focus on volume hiring for B2B sales positions, primarily in the industrial sales sector.
Required Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a coordination role in recruitment. Knowledge:
Industrial sales network knowledge.
Industrial product understanding.
