• Utilizing data and metrics to track recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring 1-6 years of experience in recruitment & talent acquisition.
• Hiring experience for leadership positions & from B-school is preferred.
• Startup Experience is a plus.
• Full-time MBA from tier1/2 college is a must.
