    About the Role



    The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a vital role in headhunting and attracting top talent to increase the warm bench, set up a standardized process for collecting feedback & evaluate the feedback with hiring managers and hire top-tier professionals to meet the organization's requirements. This individual will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts.

    Responsibilities:


    - Partnering with HR Manager/CEO and Delivery Head to understand their immediate and long-term talent needs.
    - Full-cycle recruiting skills: researching the talent pool, sourcing, interviewing, and closing the position.
    - Representing CloudFronts brand to prospective top-tier professionals.
    - Developing talent resources, channels, and participating in recruiting to build a talent pipeline.
    - Identifying the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media, etc.) to fit the profile needed.
    - Continually improving techniques, strategies, and approaches to candidate outreach.
    - Managing the entire cycle of the Human Resource Management System (Zoho).
    - Assisting in making necessary changes to existing policies and formulating new policies as per internal changes and compliance if required.
    - As you touch on most aspects of the talent acquisition process, we look to you to identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.

    Qualifications


    - 2+ years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.
    - Must have hands-on experience in hiring IT Recruitment.
    - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Dynamic CRM, BI, Business Development & Marketing hiring will be a BIG plus.
    - Strong research, sourcing, and analytical skills with the ability to search for top-tier requirements.
    - Experience working on any ATS and Human Resource Information System will be an added advantage.
    - Strong written and spoken communication skills.
    - Strong follow-up skills, Market Intelligence, Networking, and Talent (KSA) assessment
