Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst - Power Platform Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive insights, streamline processes, and empower decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design data solutions, and implement Power Platform solutions tailored to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize Power BI to develop visually compelling reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

· Design, develop, and maintain data models within Power BI to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

· Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.

· Develop and automate data pipelines using Power Automate to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

· Create custom business applications using Power Apps to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

· Work closely with IT teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.

· Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing Power Platform tools.

· Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

· Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize Power Platform solutions for scalability and effectiveness.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

· Proven experience working with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps in a professional setting.

· Strong proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.

· Experience designing and implementing data models within Power BI.

· Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and M (Power Query Formula Language).

· Demonstrated ability to automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.

· Experience building custom applications and forms using Power Apps.

· Solid understanding of data integration concepts and experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external data sources.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and business intelligence.
