- Work directly with India Business Head and with Europe region management to establish and implement short term and long-term Business development goals, policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute new business models, channels and partners. Collaborate with global sales team.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with careful attention to details.
- Able to work cross functions and across all operating groups in Europe & Japan Region.
- Manage Sales & Marketing for business with Automotive Tier 1 customers, Automotive OEM's, Industrial, Exports and After Market customers.
- Manage Key accounts and be responsible to develop new business in India.
- Work with Engineering & Plant Manufacturing teams for effective NBO / NPD activities to achieve budget and growth targets by following APQP processes.
- Responsible to achieve sales revenue and to effectively coordinate with SCM & plant teams to ensure on time supplies.
- Account Receivables management.
- Create monthly/quarterly and annual sales plan for review by regional management.
- Work experience with Japanese & European colleagues / customers would be of additional advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Knowledge of Gujarati and Marathi would be beneficial.
