Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role as a SAP Human Resources Payroll Consultant at Seppin Labs in Bengaluru. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in SAP SF LMS.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, perform system configurations and testing, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Additionally, you will assist with the implementation and integration of SAP HR modules, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient payroll processes.

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge in SuccessFactors LMS.
• Knowledge on LMS integration, provision, Library configuration, connectors, LMS_ADMIN.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with creating and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g.

SAP SF LMS) are a added advantage.
