    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Front Office Associate to join our team at Hotel Bliss Tirupati, a leading 3 Star Category Hotel in Temple Town, Tirupati. As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests and assisting with various front desk operations. This is a full-time position based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Proficient in using computer systems and hotel software
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Fluency in English and local language is required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
    • Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
    • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
    • Assist with guest check-out, including processing payments and issuing receipts
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
    • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
    • Handle telephone calls and reservations in a courteous and efficient manner
    • Assist in the preparation of daily reports and other administrative tasks
