    We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, adept at managing all aspects of social media platforms, and have a keen eye for design, we want to hear from you

    Based in: Gurugram

    Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, & .
    • Plan and execute creative and innovative campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and reach key performance indicators.

    Visual Designing:

    • Ideate & create visually compelling and on-brand graphics, images, and videos for use across all digital platforms to create cohesive brand identity, ensuring high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with the design & marketing team to develop visual assets for advertising campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.

    Influencer Marketing:

    • Identify and cultivate relationships with celebrities, influencers and content creators to increase brand reach and engagement.
    • Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute partnership campaigns, including sponsored content, giveaways, and affiliate marketing initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and visually appealing content.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign performance.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
