    Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist II

    Duration: 1 Year Contract

    Location: Bangalore, KA - Onsite

    MANAGER NOTES:

    Provide level 1 support for Laptop Hardware deployment, Laptop replacements, updating and upgrading of Firmware - Windows and Mac for sales, marketing and engineering teams

    Mac, Windows, Google (drive, docs, calendar), Zoom - Must-Have experience

    Must have excellent communication and people skill as candidate will be expected to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales and marketing teams

    Must be hands-on and have strong technical experience with Windows 11, Mac OSX, configuration and support services for PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment.

    Looking for an all-rounder with minimum 4 to 5 years of overall experience, who can support windows and Mac desktop

    Someone who has worked for Facebook or Uber is the past will be a good fit for this role

    Must be familiar with using zoom

    Usual work hours will be 9 am to 5 pm IST

    Candidates have to be onsite at the Bangalore office all 5 days a week
