Description

• Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile software development
• Must have RPA background
• Strong knowledge and understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Enforce adherence to Scrum principles and ensure that the Scrum framework is followed effectively.
• Coach the development team and product owner on Scrum practices, roles, and responsibilities.
• Remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
• Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
• Support the team in estimating backlog items, creating sprint plans, and tracking progress towards sprint goals.
• Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is wellgroomed and ready for the team.
• Facilitate effective communication between the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress, velocity, and any other relevant metrics to stakeholders and management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that the product owner's vision is clearly understood by the development team.
• Encourage experimentation, innovation, and the adoption of agile best practices.
• Regularly assess the team's performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
• Act as a servant leader, guiding the team in making decisions, resolving conflicts, and improving their overall performance.
• Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II, ACSM) are highly desirable
