Primary purpose of the role:
● Effectively planning creative solutions and aiding in defining the scope of work across all verticals along with Head of departments
● Collaborating with the Business Development department to develop and propose value added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients
● Researching and monitoring Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings
● Coordination with the all Internal Departments for all the Brand requirements from planning till execution and follow up with the team
● Scheduling posts, ensuring QC in accordance with brand guidelines, and analysing performance of accounts on different social media platforms.
●. Running and managing Meta ads.
Major Responsibilities:
● Solutions and ideas offered for campaigns and pitches should be fact-filled, active and engaging to avoid rework and ensure that the client's needs are met.
● Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with third party like director, producer and vendors etc. for the respective brands
● Ensure that the Creative team contributes to Innovative & Interactive Digital Media solutions that help the different teams to excel in their campaign
● Ensure on time and effective communication with internal team to ensure that clients timelines are met
● Carry out in-depth research about the client's brand and competitor brands, including previous campaigns run by the client's brand along with competitor brands. Keep abreast with current emerging industry trends
● Evaluate the demographics of specific media users by analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits to identify target audience appropriate creative ideas and solutions
● Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take the campaign, pitches forward and help in make decisions for creative buckets
● Make suggestions to determine the most effective platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) that allows a client to convey messages to target audiences taking into consideration its outreach, frequency of reach and budget
● Create content which is fact filled, interesting and appealing to the target audience
● Give suggestions and inputs to increase the SEO rankings for campaign
● Responsible for interacting with clients, understanding briefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation and discuss solutions to enhance the brand's position
● Thorough knowledge of the plan in hand for accounts under your purview
● Strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief
● Upholding the design aesthetics for the brand and constantly endeavouring to elevate the imagery
● Effective and timely implementation of strategies
● Setting timelines for projects basis the brand priorities and managing client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities
● Timely reporting of the brand performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope
● Take regular feedback from the client regarding the quality of work and areas of improvement
● Identifying learnings and implementing suggestions to the strategy basis the report
● Social media management, postings, engagement and monthly reporting
● Being the primary custodian for the brand when it is an integrated account
● Identify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/ projects
