Purpose:

ManageQuality requirements for the Open forging 810 Tons (Single Piece)and Die forgingUpto 18 with associatedfacilities for Materials CS Alloy SS Duplex materials forourForgingFacility.

He should have a pleasingpersonality and conversant in English / Hindi . This rolerequiresmaturity patience and high level ofobjectivity.

He will be responsible for leadingtheQuality team consisting a team ofsupervisors Forman and Forging Contractors alongwithCustomer Representatives / TPIInspection etc.

Since this profile isversatile he is also expected to ensure implementation ofprevailingsystems and procedures and striveto adopt good Practices with an eye forprogressivelyimproving the Bottom line andTop Line as well.

He will be reporting to CEOas HODQuality.

Rolesand Responsibilities:
a. PlantOperationsb. Conversant with all thematerial grades and its equivalent.c.
Customer Quality QAP Documents review CHP coordination give callsto customersin conjunction withplanning.d. Implementation of IMS ( ISO9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018) andguideManagement representative(MR)e. NABL Accredited MechanicalLab.f. Aware of all the relevant NDTprocesses of applicable in processg. Awareof Heat Treatment (HT) process and coordination with guide HTsupervisor.h. Support all intermediateprocesses from Raw Material induction to Final despatchinconjunction withplanning.i. Responsible for both Oil and Gasand Engineering sectorsj. Project Planningfor New Plant/Factory SetUp Industrial Management SystemandBusinessDevelopment.k. Accountability of Shiftoutput Quality Uptime of Machine Productivity andPerformance.l. Ensure best Forging Practicesin the shop.m. Troubleshooting in ForgingShop and Analyse and make CAPA.n. To Ensurebest results from supporting departments ( Maintenance Tool roomEtc).o. Preparation of forging drawings withoptimised allowance for standards andspecialcomponentsp.

Industryexperience / Exposure :
Preferably Small & Medium Forgingindustry minimum of 8 Years for BE/B.Tech or10 Years for DMEc. Excellent CommunicatorEnglish / Hindid. NDT Level II orabovee. IMS Internalauditorf. S.M.A.R.T in all hiscommitmentsg. He should be well networked inthe industry for new businessopportunities.
