    The Sr Sourcing Managerwill be responsible for leading a team of Sourcing Managers acrossvarious projects. The key responsibilitiesinclude:
    • Ensuring that each segment and projectmeets the sales targets through channelsales.
    • Meeting the targeted number of additionsto the channel partner database monthly for everyproject.
    • Ensuring smooth registration trainingcertification and brokerage disbursal for channelpartners.
    • Developing a healthy investordatabase through channel partners.
    • Ensuringregular product and price updates to channelpartners.
    • Leveraging channel contacts fortargeted inventory movement during new project prelaunches andlaunches.
    • Constantly improving the channelpartner experience.
    • Driving sales throughchannels (brokers and alternate channels) at activeprojects.
    • Maintaining and expanding theorganizations database of channel partners by increasing the widthand depth of the distributionchannel.
    • Troubleshooting at everylevel.
    • Creating a personal relationship withall channel partners meeting them regularly and organizing rewardand recognitionprograms.
    CandidateQualifications:
    The ideal candidate shouldhave:
    • Proven work experience as a Channel SalesHead in the western region of Mumbai.
    • Excellentknowledge of MS Office / Gsheets.
    • Familiaritywith CRM practices along with the ability to build productivebusiness professional relationships.
    • Highlymotivated and targetdriven with a proven track record insales.
    • Strong relationship management skillsand openness tofeedback.
