    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Channel Sales National Head to lead our channel salesefforts across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in sales leadership, particularly within the solar PVindustry, and a proven track record of developing and managingsuccessful channel partner networks. The Channel Sales NationalHead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expandingmarket share, and strengthening relationships with channel partnersto achieve business objectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve salestargets and business objectives.
    • Identify andrecruit new channel partners, distributors, dealers, and resellersto expand market coverage and reach.
    • Build andnurture strong relationships with existing channel partners todrive loyalty, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the channelsales team to ensure alignment with company goals andobjectives.
    • Develop and execute channelmarketing programs, promotions, and initiatives to drive demandgeneration and sales conversion.
    • Monitormarket trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback toidentify opportunities for business growth andimprovement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including marketing, product management, and operations, toensure seamless execution of channel sales initiatives.
    • Establish and maintain key performance metrics andreporting mechanisms to track sales performance, analyze results,and drive continuous improvement.
    • Drivetraining and development programs for channel partners to enhanceproduct knowledge, sales skills, and market expertise.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emergingtechnologies, and regulatory developments to inform strategicdecision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
