Job description
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, and a performance-driven mindset focused on ROI and lead generation.
You will be responsible for managing advertising budgets, improving campaign performance, and driving measurable growth through paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
Other relevant PPC platforms
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimise campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with designers for creatives.
- Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel etc.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages and audience segments.
- Stay updated with latest platform changes and advertising trends.
- Collaborate with SEO, content and social media teams to align marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-7 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking & pixel implementation
Good understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR and funnel optimisation.
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of 2L+ (preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in E-commerce or Lead Generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Shopify / WordPress landing page optimisation.
- Basic understanding of SEO & email marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads (added advantage).
