Job summary
We are looking for a strong Engineering Manager / Engineering Lead who can balance people management and hands-on technical contribution.This role requires leading teams end-to-end while remaining involved in architecture, code reviews, and critical technical decisions.
We are looking for someone with years of overall experience in Software Engineering / Development,
years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead,
with ownership of Technical direction,
Delivery and execution,
People management
- - Strong backend development experience using Python or Java
- - Frameworks: FastAPI, Django, Spring, Express )
- - Frontend exposure with : ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML,CSS
- - Proven experience in : Designing and building APIs,services,and system integrations System designandarchitecture PRreviewsandarchitectural decision-making
