    The Analytics Manager holds key responsibilities:

    Gap Analysis for Strategic Alignment:


    • Support thorough gap analysis for current and future workforce needs.
    • Helping BA/BU building the base data to draw conclusions on organizational needs, ensuring work is done in the most effective way.
    Workforce Analysis:


    • Analyze and support diverse workforce strategy implementation.
    • Provide data for optimization of workforce deployment for enhanced efficiency.
    Monthly Reporting:


    • Generate insightful monthly reports covering key metrics.
    • Reports include Turnover, Engagement, Recruitment, Performance, Headcount, and more.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce planning.
    Collaboration and Communication:


    • Collaborate with business and global teams for workforce planning alignment.
    • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools and technologies.
    • Demonstrated working experience about Big Data, Generative AI, Predictive
    • Modeling and handling big amount of data.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of workforce planning best practices.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
