JOB DESCRIPTION (Area Sales Manager) :-
Location - Mumbai / Delhi
1- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2- Build and expand new markets across various segments.
3- Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.
4- Keep records of sales, revenue etc.
5- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
6- Align goals for the team and ensure sustained business growth.
7- Seat sales & Revenue generation & Collections (INR) per month based on invoices.
8- Complaint Management & resolution TAT & Leakage / Revenue loss Control (Churn).
9- Devising strategies for lead generation through Brokers, online/direct channels, startup
collaborations, partnership and alliances for the region.
10- Client relationship for expansion and retention business & Focusing on monthly
collections from existing clients.
Experience of 3+ years from Realestate or Coworking background
