- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a School Teacher
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Valid teaching certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject(s) being taught (English, Maths, Chemistry, SST, TGT English, Mother Teacher)
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Patient, compassionate, and supportive approach towards students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
